I love to write. Poetry has been a mainstay but I also love to write about mental health, relationships, and what it means to be human. I have a few letters after my name but would rather be seen as a person, not my degrees. I am passionate about life-long learning and am currently developing a course on Identity- Who Am I, sifting through your own life to map out your authenticity.

I am also a trained Equine Facilitated Wellness practitioner and am the co-founder of Humanity Academy as well as a content creator, educator, artist, poet, mother, and lover of horses. Sometimes I still get on colts just for the heck of it.

Growing up on the Canadian prairies as the daughter of farmers gave me a unique start in the world. I was always into horses, art, education, and psychology which lead me to become a professional horse trainer, an artist, a therapist, and a lifelong student.
